It would be very easy to rest on your laurels when your hit television series finally comes to an end.
But that obviously does not apply to The Office star BJ Novak, who was spotted drenched in sweat after a strenuous workout in Los Angeles on Thursday.
The 33-year-old is no doubt keen to work off his paunch, as he seemed to have put in quite the shift at popular hiking spot Runyon Canyon.

Comedian BJ, 33, looked completely exhausted as he plodded back to his car after his vigorous stroll.
He had dressed for the occasion, with a blue T-shirt, shorts and running shoes proving he was in the mood for some serious cardiovascular exercise, perhaps due to his role in forthcoming superhero sequel The Amazing Spider-Man 2.
Viewers were delighted his character made a comeback in the show's final ever episode Finale, where he runs of with his old flame Kelly Kapoor after giving her pediatrician husband his baby son Drake in exchange.

But BJ was not the only big name who was enjoying a vigorous session in the canyon on Thursday.
For rapper The Game, who now prefers to be known simply as Game, was also there, minus his regular yomping partner Rob Kardashian.
However the 33-year-old, seemed to be making the best of the situation, and had brought along another strapping companion to keep him company while he worked at maintaining his famously trim physique.
